Project Description
Griffin Office Park is a five-building institutional-quality portfolio of office properties totaling approximately 376,000 SF situated within a beautifully landscaped suburban office campus setting. The peaceful corporate campus environment and amenities offered at Griffin Office Center have historically made it one of the most successful suburban office parks in central Connecticut.
Griffin Office Park reached out to GreenLight to evaluate and asses their energy usage as pertained to their interior and exterior lighting. GreenLight’s specialists conducted an assessment, and subsequently designed a plan that would reduce their electric consumption, while enhancing the aesthetic look of the office park. GreenLight rebate consultants secured a significant rebate on the clients behalf, to avail funding for Griffin Office Park to make this project a reality. GreenLight upgraded the exterior parking lots and interior lighting fixtures to LED.
