The Carlton Apartments is a suburban 288-unit garden style apartment complex, comprised of 18 buildings.
GreenLight successfully implemented a comprehensive complex-wide water conservation installation. The project has resulted in a 57% water reduction year-over-year.
The extensive implementation was executed with great sensitivity to the privacy and needs of the tenants.
