Project Description
Lynnewood Gardens is an 1,800 unit garden style apartment community located on a sprawling 122 acres of landscaped grounds located in serene Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.
GreenLight successfully implemented a comprehensive community-wide water conservation project. The scope was all encompassing, including installation of water saving measures, detection of all potential areas of water loss, and identification of future sewer credits. The project has resulted in a 34% water consumption reduction year-over-year, which translates to $425,311.74 in total yearly savings between the water, sewer, and fuel reductions.
The extensive implementation was executed with great sensitivity to the privacy and needs of the residents.
