Project Description
The Homewood Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown hotel in Washington’s central location, is near the heart of downtown Seattle, making it ideal for both short term and extended stay guests.
Homewood Suites reached out to Green Light to assist with the modernization of their parking garage lighting. Unbeknownst to them, Seattle City Light was offering funding for precisely this type of project. As a result, not only did we design and provide the lighting systems, we secured the available funding for them as well. Experiencing the success of the project, Homewood Suites realized the opportunity for their interior lighting systems and asked us to upgrade the entire property to energy saving LED lighting.
