Although the goal of updating Kosher Gardens lighting was energy efficiency, we had to maintain the design in the lighting system that will maintain critical light levels due to the sensitive nature of food preparation. Our lighting engineers audited and designed a comprehensive lighting upgrade that resulted in significant savings, as well as an aesthetic upgrade.

Kosher Gardens produces high quality kosher vegetables grown in their own specialty greenhouses in Mexico. Their state-of-the-art facility located in Allentown, PA includes various sophisticated machinery which further continues their extensive process.
