Project Description
Manahawkin Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120 bed Nursing and Rehabilitation facility located across from Southern Ocean County Hospital.
GreenLight began with a Water Conservation Feasibility Study to identify water savings opportunities. GreenLight then followed up with a facility-wide implementation of specific water conservation measures, which were recommended in our initial Feasibility Study. The project has resulted in a 25% water reduction, which resulted in a return on investment of less than 1 year.
The implementation was executed with great sensitivity to the privacy and needs of the residents and patients.
