Tradewind Apartments is a suburban garden style apartment complex located in Mesquite Texas.
In an effort to identify new revenue sources to bring up the property’s NOI, the ownership engaged Green Light to audit their Utility Bills.
Green Light completed a thorough review of all Tradewind Apartments Utilities, and successfully identified corrections and adjustments, which led to savings opportunities for their Electric, Gas, Water and Sewer Utilities.
